These Terms & Conditions govern your visit to the Swayam Krishi Agri-Park and your use of our website and booking platform, whether you are booking as an individual, family, school, corporate group or other group. By booking a visit, you agree to these terms.

Bookings

Bookings for individuals, families and small groups can generally be made directly online, subject to available capacity and time slots. School, corporate and larger group visits are handled as enquiries, which our team reviews and approves before a visit is confirmed.

Payments

Where online payment is required, it is processed through our configured payment provider. Please see our Cancellation & Refund Policy for how cancellations, failed payments and refunds are handled.

Visit Timings and Rescheduling

Visits take place during the time slot selected at the time of booking. If you need to reschedule, please contact us in advance; rescheduling is subject to availability and to our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

Visitor Conduct and Safety

Our Agri-Park is a working farm and agricultural environment. Visitors are expected to follow the instructions of our staff, respect the property, crops and animals, and take reasonable care for their own safety and that of others during the visit.

Children and Minors

Children and minors must be accompanied and supervised by a parent, guardian, teacher or authorised group leader at all times during the visit. For school and group visits, the school or organising body is responsible for the supervision and conduct of its students or members.

Property and Farm Rules

Please follow any posted signage and staff instructions regarding areas that are open to visitors, farm equipment, animals and crops.

Weather and Natural Conditions

As an outdoor, agricultural environment, some activities may be affected by weather or seasonal/natural conditions. We will try to inform you of any known changes ahead of your visit.

Photography and Media

Photography may take place at the Agri-Park for general documentation of the visitor experience. Where any specific use of photographs or video requires your explicit consent, we will ask for it separately at the relevant time.

Changes to Schedules

We may occasionally need to change visit schedules or activities for operational reasons. Where reasonably possible, we will let you know in advance.

Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays or changes to a visit caused by events beyond our reasonable control.

Intellectual Property

The content, branding and design of the Swayam Krishi website belong to Swayam Krishi and may not be copied or reused without permission.

Third-Party Links and Services

Our website may reference or link to third-party services, such as payment or mapping providers. Their own terms apply to your use of those services.

Limitation of Liability
